Room Rates and Payment

Room rates include VAT unless otherwise stated and are quoted in GBP. Rates may change without notice; however, your confirmed booking will not be affected by subsequent rate changes.
Any additional charges incurred during your stay (e.g., room service, mini-bar, or damages) must be settled before departure. If unpaid, these charges may be applied to the card used to secure the booking.

Special Offers and Promotional Codes

Promotional codes must be entered at the time of booking. Discounts or offers cannot be applied retrospectively or combined with other promotions unless specified.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise specified.
Guests arriving outside of standard check-in hours should notify the hotel in advance to make arrangements.
Late check-out requests may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the date of arrival (or as stated in your booking confirmation) will be subject to a fee equivalent to the first night’s stay.
For non-refundable rates or advance purchase bookings, no refunds or modifications are allowed.
In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other unforeseen events, Shillingford Bridge Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings, with guests being offered the option of rescheduling their stay or receiving a full refund.

Liability

Shillingford Bridge Hotel will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests or their property during their stay, except where such liability is expressly imposed by law.
Guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings, and the hotel will not be held responsible for valuables unless placed in the hotel-provided safety deposit box.

Children and Extra Beds

Children under 12 years of age stay free when using existing bedding in a room with paying adults, unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.
Rollaway beds and cribs may be available upon request, but their availability cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.

Pets

Pets are welcome at Shillingford Bridge Hotel in designated rooms, subject to prior arrangement and a supplementary cleaning fee. Please check specific pet policies when making your reservation.
Fees: £15 for one night, £25 for two nights and £30 for 3 nights.

Parking

Complimentary on-site parking is available for hotel guests who book direct. While every effort is made to ensure the safety of vehicles, the hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
We offer ample on-site parking at Shillingford Bridge Hotel. Our parking charges are as follows:
- Up to 2 hours: £2.00
- Up to 4 hours: £3.00
- Up to 24 hours: £4.00
When you pay for parking for 4 hours or more, you will receive a voucher for one free tea, coffee, or soft drink.
